Frankie the cockatoo was seen playing around with a Red Bull can on August 16. Frankie is the unofficial mascot of a pet supplies store. He was rescued from an animal shelter four years ago and generally just hangs around.. The video shows the cockatoo getting his talons on a Red Bull can. Credit: Jess Barkley
