NFL teams set to use enhanced Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet this season

The NFL will be utilizing a better tablet this coming season as the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 comes to a sideline near you. Among the upgrades are enhanced daylight readability of photos and notes thanks to a brighter and higher contrast display; a thinner yet more rugged case; stronger batteries that last longer; more functional pen and tether storage. Non-game tablets used by the clubs can have their team logo on the covers, a new development that Microsoft is making available to the public, too. The Type Covers transform the tablets into the form of a traditional laptop for use away from the field.
