At least 8 dead, 40,000 homes damaged in devastating Louisiana floods

A staggering 40,000 homes are damaged and at least eight people are dead due to the historic Louisiana floods. Two feet of rain fell across the southern part of the state on Friday and a few days later many homes and businesses are still underwater. On Tuesday, Gov.
