Joe Biden criticizes Trump for increasing threat to US troops abroad

Vice President Joe Biden was stumping for Hillary Clinton Monday in Pennsylvania and among the topics he addressed was the impact of Donald Trump's comments on President Obama's link to ISIS. "If my son were still in Iraq and I say to all those who were there, the threat to their life has gone up a couple of clicks," Biden said. Biden also said that the GOP nominee "doesn't seem to want to learn" how to deal with America's national security.
