Michael Phelps ends Olympic career with 23rd gold medal

Michael Phelps wrapped up his Olympic career Saturday with his 23rd gold medal, this time in the 4x100 medley relay The U.S. team finished with an overall time of 3:27.95, an Olympic record Phelps said in 2012 he was retiring but he came back for one last hurrah after feeling he wanted to bow out on his own terms "This is how I wanted to finish my career.
