Among the former is Radar Online, which, on Wednesday, published the video and called the future Harvard University student a ‘wild child.’
While the image isn’t clear enough to offer certainty in regards to what she’s smoking, some have jumped to the conclusion it can be nothing but marijuana.
To others, it doesn’t really matter, as they feel the enraged responses are, in general, ridiculous. (
One person tweeted, “I don’t care if Malia Obama is smoking cigarettes, or smoking pot. I don’t care if she’s licking toads, for God’s sake. Let her be a teen.”
Another wrote, “it just annoys me that people record Malia Obama while she’s out. like you’re so annoying. let that girl live.”
Megan McCain, as in Senator John McCain’s daughter, joined the conversation as well, urging the media to, “leave Malia Obama alone!.”
