Delta airlines canceled roughly 1,000 flights and had 2,900 delayed after a power outage Monday at its Atlanta headquarters. The airline posted a video apology by CEO Ed Bastian and offered refunds and $200 in travel vouchers to customers whose flights were canceled or delayed at least three hours.
