One person described the clown as aggressive and possibly blood thirsty, saying it “ran after my friend, it looked like he wanted to kill him.”
Another posits the mysterious entity is supernatural in nature.
There are, of course those looking for a rational explanation.
A popular suggestion involves the clown being nothing more than a character in a film, notes Mashable.
However, a commenter did put up a compelling challenge to that theory, asking, “So where's his camera crew then?”
