It shows Sgt. Stephen Wick with the Houston Police Department washing the feet of a homeless man.
Said Wick, “We cleaned him up and gave him new clothes…we tried to get his feet in shape so he could put shoes on. His vision deteriorated to a point where he couldn't function as well anymore.”
Wick also mentioned that he and the group Homeless Outreach Team are working to find the man housing, notes ABC News.
