Reunion of Twin Sisters Will Warm Your Heart

Her sister's case is more severe and requires her to live in an assisted living home. The sisters have not seen each other in some time, but when her sister Tessa's caretaker brought her to the room to reunite with her sister, they both erupted with joy.
