Voting age lowered for upcoming Japan election

Japan will head to the polls on Sunday to elect the upper house of parliament. There are 121 seats up for grabs and the government, led by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, is hoping to gain a majority. But all eyes are on the country's youth.
