Pick Of The Week: The Salomon Speedcross 3 2016

The Salomon Speedcross 3 is a hard wearing trail running shoe for beginner to advanced trail runners, and is especially good on uneven technical ground and soft terrain.
It’s easy to recognise a Speedcross 3 simply from the defined, aggressive tread on the sole, which offers superb grip on rocky, or uneven ground.
The heel drop on the Speedcross 3,is fairly generous at 9mm. This means that the foot itself is kept at a significant distance from the floor, preventing discomfort from sharp rocks underfoot. Having the foot sloping forward in this way also promotes the runner to keep on the front of their feet while running.
