Myx TV shines the spotlight on rising reggae artist Sammy Wilk for the whole month of July!
As a newly branded a Reggae, Pop artist based in Los Angeles Sammy Wilk is “Ready for War” to battle it out against all those that question how a small town boy from Nebraska can legitimately execute a genre which is famously linked to Rihanna and Sean Paul, both of whom are directly from the island of Jamaica. It’s called “mood” music he explains. And “mood” is exactly what it put Bob Marley’s son in. Ky-Mani Marley was obviously in a good mood when he quickly agreed to hop on Sammy Wilk’s first project titled “Light Up” which turned out to be one of Sammy’s favorite pieces of work. Now, this small town boy from Omaha, Nebraska will go on to expand his horizons and headline his tour across the U.S. to share his debut album, “Ready for War.”
