Amusing footage of a yoga instructor demonstrating her best poses... with a goat on her back.
The video, filmed on a farm in Oregon, USA on June 18, shows the woman trying to get into a pose, but the goat on her back keeps nibbling away at her 'yoga pants.'
The filmer later wrote online: "The person in the video is the yoga professional that is giving Yoga classes at my farm and we're calling it Goat Yoga.
"I had her out to practice and I put the goat on her back."
"It was the first take so it was a little awkward for her but super adorable," he continued.
