Rolls Royce Vision 100: driverless concept car comes with its own red carpet - TomoNews

LONDON — Rolls Royce Motor Cars unveiled its first driverless concept car in London last week.

The Vision 100 concept car is 5.9 meters in length, which is longer than a Cadillac Escalade or creb-cab pickup. Rolls Royce said to model is zero emission, meaning it could be electric.

Among the car’s features touted by Rolls Royce are an OLED screen that replaces the usual steering wheel and a virtual assistant dubbed “Eleanor” that can chauffeur the car, make restaurant recommendations and remind passengers about upcoming meetings.

Rolls Royce said the car will be on the market in 2040.
