Leonardo DiCaprio has been ordered to appear in court. A judge ordered the actor to testify in the libel lawsuit surrounding the 2013 comedy The Wolf of Wall Street. Former stockbroker executive, Andrew Greene, filed the lawsuit in 2014, claiming that the character of Nicky Koskoff, played by PJ Byrne, was based on him. He claims the film wrongly depicted him as a "criminal" and "drug user."
