Tony Blair: Brexit won't resolve immigration issues

Tony Blair has said that immigration will not be resolved by Brexit. The former prime minister said he hopes Scotland stays part of the UK but it's now a "tricky argument." He added that the vote would cause a "big strain on the nationalist community" in Northern Ireland
