Poland ready to face Ukraine in last Euro group stage tie

Poland manager Adam Nawalka says that his players are "ready" to face Ukraine in their last Euro 2016 match of the group stages. A draw would be enough to take Poland through to the final 16 - but Nawalka says that his squad are focused on winning the match and adding three points to their tally.
