NEWS: Bukit Katil project viable despite lower valuation, says Encorp

Although the valuation of its Bukit Katil development has shrunk to RKM3.2 billion, Encorp Bhd chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad says it is still viable given that it is one of the biggest pieces of land in Malacca.
