Injured tortoise can walk again thanks to custom wheels

A heartwarming video has emerged of a tortoise given custom made wheels to help it walk again after it got injured.
The footage, shot earlier this month in at the Arignar Anna Zoological Park in Chennai, India, shows the small reptile being able to walk again after wheels were fitted onto its shell.
The tortoise suffered severe injuries to its legs after it was bitten by a mongoose.
According to the filmer, "the vets decided to provide [the tortoise] with a pair of tiny light wheels that are normally used on a sliding window"
"She can now reach her food faster than the fellow able-bodied tortoises" he added.
