Confirmed! It's 'Aashiqui 3' For Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt !
Mohit Suri is back again to narrate another love saga with Aashiqui 3 and the makers have roped in the beautiful couple Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra for the romance flick. The third installment of Bollywood’s hit franchise Aashiqui, will be replacing the former on-screen couple Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor. Alia and Sid were last seen together in 'Kapoor and Sons' and the audience had loved the onscreen chemistry between the two. According to the reports Scripting is in progress but the movie will release next year. It was rumored that things were not good between Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor. But the baaghi actress clarified that she has no ill feeling for not being a part of the third installment of the hit franchise since Aashiqui 3 would be a new story and she would be happy if Alia becomes a part of Aashiqui 3. Siddharth also confirmed of taking singing lessons for the movie as the director Mohit Suri wants him to sing a song. When asked if Alia is going to help with the prep since she’s already a playback singer, Sid responded, “I hope so and if I can match up to her talent, maybe we could sing a duet, that would be a first for an actor and actress who’ve debuted together.” The fans of Alia and Sid will be excited to see their favourite couple in the movie filled with love, romance and of course soulful music.
