This lady is a massive Beyonce fan, so her kids decided to surprise her for her birthday by taking her to the much anticipated Formation World Tour. They didn’t tell her where they were going until they were in the parking lot of the stadium. Mom was in a state of utter disbelief, yelling “WHO?” over and over.
