Curious Whales Swim Right Beside Paddleboarders

The opportunity to see something as majestic as a gray whale up close is so rare that if it does happen, the best idea is to make the most of the opportunity. That’s definitely what Californian wildlife photographer and videographer Mark Girardeau did when it happened to him. He was out paddleboarding with a friend when four whales swam right beside them.
