Farhat Khan suffering in Mental Hospital Lahore - Dumped by KPK Finance Secretary

It is a hair rising, horrifying story of one woman named Farhat Khan d/o Abdul Razzaque , who was employee of Election Commission of Pakistan, and retired from Grade 20, in 2000.
When her husband also died in the same year, Farhat Khan moved from Wah to her sister Kishwar’s place (Mr Ali Raza Bhutta, Finance Secretary, KPK ’s mother) as one, she has no other place to live, two, had no kids.
Farhat Khan’s sister unfortunately also died after some time and she then became a sole responsibility of her nephews.
The eldest of them Mr Ali Raza Bhutta and this day is serving as Finance Secretary to Government of KPK.
Farhat Khan was living in GOR 3 , House which is allotted to Mr Ali Raza Bhutta, by Government of the Punjab.
After retirement in 2000 and death of his sister Kishwaer later on, Farhat Khan presumably became a burden on the nephew and his wife, plus they planned to grab her LDA Avenue plot and valuables.
In pursuance there of Mr Ali Raza Bhutta Finance Secretary to Government of KPK (Ticket of deposit still bears his name) dumped her in mental hospital Lahore some where in March 2011, so that family skin is also saved and she could not create any fuss in public.
Good riddance they thought, but as they say man proposes God disposes, Farhat Khan started raising hue and cry among friends and family but to no avail due to nuisance value of powerful DMG Baboo. Ali Reza Bhutta.
