The video, filmed in Hoxton, London, UK this morning, shows the bird trying to get its beak on the food, but it keeps popping out of its mouth.
"I stopped filming after 30 seconds so, as far as I know, the poor little bird is still trying to get its meal," the filmer later wrote online.
"He just wouldn't give up."
