'Trump University' students taught to use aggressive sales techniques

Donald Trump claims to be a master salesman, but the current Republican presidential nominee has been facing backlash from students that attended his Trump University.
According to newly released records that were released by a federal judge, documents from the university tell students how to file expense reports to guides for making sales in various environments, as well as how to deals with the news media.
Also in the sales playbooks are Trump employees' suggested responses to customers who balk at a sale.
The playbook also urges Trump's sales teams not to let a lack of money be used as an excuse for turning down Trump University's three-day training.
