Well over a decade since the 2003 removal of Saddam Hussein by Western forces, Iraq remains violent and riven by sectarian tensions. How fair is it to blame the invasion - and how did Iraq get here? BBC Middle East Correspondent Jim Muir's video essay was filed from Baghdad - in the region he has been covering for decades.
