Clinton and Sanders are deadlocked in California, polls show

Bernie Sanders isn't going anywhere and the polls show it.
The Vermont Senator is in a deadlock with Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton in California, 46 percent to 44 percent, before the state's primary next month.
Winning California will be pivotal if Sanders wants to prove he's still a viable candidate, however, Clinton is likely to clinch the nomination on the evening of June 7 — factoring in the expressed preferences of unpledged superdelegates — even before polls close in California.
Should she suffer an upset, it may be devastating to her chances in a head-to-head battle with Donald Trump in the presidential race, having lost the nation's largest state and one of its most diverse.
