After vowing to end gun-free zones in schools and being accused by Hillary Clinton of wanting guns in classrooms Trump clarified his position on allowing guns in schools In a phone interview with CNN the republican candidate said that "school resource officers" or trained teachers should be the ones carrying guns He defended the end of gun free zones but backed away from the idea of eliminating all gun free zones in schools saying they would only be eliminated "in some cases.
