Bill Cosby entered a Pennsylvania court Tuesday morning for his first pretrial hearing related to assault charges At the preliminary hearing, it's up to the prosecution to prove there is a preponderance of evidence that Cosby did indeed commit the crime At the end of the hearing, a judge will decide whether there is enough evidence to proceed with a criminal trial Cosby is facing three counts of aggravated indecent assault, each of which carry a prison sentence of up to ten years
