WhatApp has announced that it will no longer charge for its

In the following weeks it will remove fees on all versions
 
WhatsApp says it will not include any advertising on the service.
 
The company will begin trying to implement WhatsApp as a communication tool between companies and users.
 
This will include services like notifications from your bank or flight booking information.
 
The company vows to continue avoiding advertising and spam.
 
In March of last year Whatsapp announced that its Android app had been downloaded 1 billion times
 
The app is developed by just four people
