Wisconsin-based Pacific Cycle is recalling 129,000 Schwinn-branded infant bicycle helmets because the magnetic chin buckle can come loose, creating a choking hazard The headgear, designed for children ages one to three, was sold exclusively at Target and Target.com from January 2014 to April 2016 Pacific Cycle received reports of the buckle cover coming loose but no injuries reported yet
