Sanjay Dutt Himself Suggested Ranbir Kapoor’s Name For His Biopic

It is a well-known fact by now that Ranbir Kapoor will play the lead in Rajkumar Hirani’s next film, which would be based on the life of controversial star Sanjay Dutt.
However, what many might not know is that it was the deadly Dutt himself who suggested Ranbir Kapoor’s name for the role. A source close to Dutt revealed that Sanjay and Ranbir have known each other since ages and that they used to also work out together in Sanjay’s personal gym. As a result of this, Dutt has bene quite fond of Ranbir and when talks about his biopic surfaced, he suggested Ranbir’s name for the role.
Ranbir will be seen bulking up for his role in the film and might also shave his head for some portions of the film.
