Priyanka Chopra, who was recently honoured with the Padma Shri, now has another feather to add to her cap.
The former beauty queen, who wowed everyone with her role as FBI recruit Alex Parrish in ABC show ‘Quantico’, has now been signed up to lend her voice to the character Ms. Marvel in the mobile app version of Marvel’s Avengers titled Marvels Avengers Academy. Buzz has it that the game, that is available for downloads imagines a Marvel Universe where Earth’s mightiest heroes and villains are enrolled at the ultimate superhero school, Avengers Academy.
Taking to her Twitter page, Priyanka gushed, “Say hello to Ms. Marvel-I'm her voice & she's my alter ego in MARVEL Avengers Academy!”
The game reportedly features a notable voice cast, including True Detective star Alexandra Daddario as Wasp, Arrow star Colton Haynes as Thor, Bella Thorne as Tigra, Mad Men star Kiernan Shipka as Spider-Woman, Dave Franco as Tony Stark, Alison Brie as Black Widow, rapper A$AP Rocky as Falcon and WWE superstar John Cena as Hulk.
This won’t be the first time the actress has lent her voice to a Hollywood project. Priyanka had lent her voice to the character of ‘Ishani' in the 2013 kiddie blockbuster Planes.
On the Bollywood front, Priyanka will be next seen in Prakash Jha’s cop drama ‘Jai Gangaajal’, which is slated to release on March 4.
