Former Cleveland Brown quarterback Johnny Manziel turned himself in on Wednesday after being charged for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend, posting a $1,500 bond and taking the happiest looking mugshot of all time. The free agent quarterback appeared before a judge on Thursday and looks like he subtly flipped off either the judge or the camera crew behind him.
