How to make Wafer Rolls with Caramel Buttercream - - Heghineh Cooking Show

Delicious sweet treats from our childhood : wafer rolls filled with caramel buttercream. Of course these same wafer rolls can be filled with any of your favorite buttercream or simple caramel condensed milk. To me regular caramel filling seems too sweet, that's why I decided to fill these with caramel buttercream instead.
For some reason these wafer rolls always remind me of winter, circus, New Years…
As a child , I remember having these wafer rolls almost every single time my parents take us to circus, and it always happened to be in Holiday season.
My childhood memories came over and made me introduce this recipe to all of you, around spring:)
Well, I’m sure it's always a good time to try these crispy, crunchy, cream filled goodies, we call wafer rolls ( трубочки)
