Maya the Bee is the main protagonist from The Adventures of Maya the Bee, a German comic book serial as well as an animated TV series published in the beginning of the 20th century. The story depicts the evolving of a little bee called Maya from a daring and bold little insect bee to a conscientious member of the adult bee society. She is helped in this process by her friend Willy, who is also a bee, Flip, a grasshopper. Maya adores to be free, to live in the meadow all by herself, not like the other little bees which lives in hives. In fact, Maya is a good, reasonable and happy little bee who is ready and eager to help just about everyone. However, even though she is a bee, Maya has the colors of a wasp (which are yellow and black). In fact, it can be said that she is the most well-liked as well as the most prominent being on the whole and entire meadow. Maya’s best pal is Willy, while her major adversaries are wasps as well as hornets.
This children’s is based on the well-known and immensely liked character of Maya the bee, and it is a game for 4 players and involves catching little red marbles with big colorful scoops. In essence, it means that your kid is competing against other kids. The game develops dexterity and speed.
There are four little houses for catching the marbles, and the colors of the houses are red, green, yellow, and black, and corresponding scoops in front of the houses for scooping up the little red marbles, which are also provided. The game features a round fortress-like board housing four little huts or abodes. On the sides of the round board there are stickers featuring various scenes from the Maya the Bee series and animated TV show, and the following characters: Maya the bee, of course, Willie a drone bee, Flip a grasshopper and another cute little bee. So, what your kids need to do is pull the lever which is located behind each of the four differently colored houses, which in turn lifts the scoop in order to catch the little red marbles. The point of the game is to catch as many marbles as possible, as the winner is the one with the most marbles of all! There is also a little shelf on the side of the base for storing the captured marbles
