Fears new rules could see US cigar factory go up in smoke

With dozens of tobacco factories, the city of Tampa, in Florida, was once the epicenter of the cigar industry. But events such as the Cuba embargo, which cut-off tobacco imports, hurt manufacturers. Today, only one factory still stands. Owners say they're now facing their biggest hurdle: new federal regulations expected for tobacco products like cigars.
