The Hamiltones - Put Some Respeck On It.
While on the tour bus, The Hamiltones created a song based on Birdman's recent quotables from his recent interview with The Breakfast Club.
Anthony Hamilton was one of the best back-up vocal groups in the music industry in The Hamiltones. As Okayplayer points out, the trio of vocalists took some time out from performing today to harmonize the most quotable lines from Birdman's recent interview on The Breakfast Club. Singing from the tour bus, The Hamiltones went a cappella to capture every memorable part of the interview, including "is we finished, or is we done." Watch above.
Truth #1: Rapper, producer and Cash Money co-founder Bryan "Birdman" Williams' "interview" on "The Breakfast Club"—which ended with Birdman and his giant entourage walking out after he went off on the hosts—was objectively ridiculous.
Truth #2: The Hamiltones, who sing back-up for R&B crooner Anthony Hamilton, can sing.
Truth #3: The Hamiltones' vocal reimagining of Birdman's demand for "respeck" is hilarious.
