Ahmedabad: The crime branch of city police brought Alamzeb Afridi, an alleged Indian Mujahideen operative and a key accused of the 2008 Ahmedabad serial blasts case, here through a transfer warrant from Bengaluru. He allegedly absconded after 18 blasts rocked Ahmedabad in July 2008, killing 56 people and injuring over 150.
