Hey guys! My 'Goal Digger' series on The TradeKraft Network continues with Ep. 5 - 3 Ways to De-Stress! In this video, I talk about 3 different ways to decompress under the pressure and stress of everyday life. While you may be shocked, none of these involve alcohol consumption! Yes, a dirty martini will do the job -but this is a temporary escape and I can tell you the euphoria wears off quickly when you wake up with a hangover and find your credit card receipt. But on a serious note - these are all easy, practical, and healthy ways to cope with the mounting pressures of work induced stress, financial stress, family stress, or whatever you find that is weighing you down!
