A car bomb exploded on Friday in the port city of Aden, in Yemen, near a building housing the foreign ministry, without causing any casualties, security sources said. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack in postings on Islamist websites, as well as for a suicide bombing targeting army recruits on Tuesday that left five people dead.
