Senator John McCain discusses Syria and the 'Red Line,' saying that when America committing to a course of action then backing off is "the most damaging of all," and that it would have been far better not to mention Bashar al-Assad. He asserts it's the "worst of all worlds" when it a world superpower commits to an action and then doesn't.
