He bill that began Montana's medical marijuana program was approved by 62% of the citizens in a voter's initiative in 2004. If the will of the people is such that the law should now be repealed, then so be it. If that is indeed the case, then it should be done legally by the will of the people, and not illegally by the force of the Federal Government's drug police.
