This is a night 2 failure. I got the webcam working finally but it's still not working great. Between the game and the webcam running I experience slowdown in a couple spots.
I know the chromakey (green/blue screen stuff) worked out pretty badly here. If I try using it next time I should have a better setup with a cleaner image.
