This Always-Sleepy Shelter Dog Has Been Overlooked By 2,000 Potential Owners

Jasper is having a hard time getting adopted because he's always asleep.

Greyhounds are known as being very speedy animals, but it appears that’s not aways true.
In their downtime, they like to get a lot of rest and the sleeping habits of one in particular are making it difficult for shelter workers to find the dog a home. 
The canine's name is Jasper, he’s a 3-year old retired racing dog, and he’s been passed over by roughly 2,000 potential new owners. 
Staffers at Dogs Trust in Snetterton, UK believe it’s because he tends to be snoozing when people come by.
