New Program to Deliver Goods to Venezuelan Homes

Venezuela is rolling out a new program to get essential items directly to people's homes. The collapse in oil income and hoarding by big companies, have caused serious shortages. But many poor Venezuelans have aggravated the problem, by buying in bulk, to resell. Iain Bruce has been taking a look in the historic Caracas neighborhood of La Pastora.
