Escalator Malfunction Sends Philadelphia Flyers Fans Flying

An escalator at the Wells Fargo Center, Philadelphia, malfunctioned after the Philadelphia Flyers defeated the Ottawa Senators 3-2 on April 2, sending Flyers fans tumbling onto each other.
