Strong wind blows roofs off buildings, destroying parked cars

Shocking footage has emerged from China of strong winds blowing the roofs off buildings, damaging cars and causing power cuts.

The video, captured in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on Friday, shows roofs flopping to the ground, crushing parked cars and causing a fire.

According to local reports, a car and a mini bus were damaged and the storm caused power cuts across the city.
