Catfish aren’t generally regarded as being monstrously large, but one recently caught in Texas could change that.

Catfish aren’t generally regarded as being monstrously large sorts, but one recently caught in Texas could change that. 

The fish, which was pulled in by Texas Parks and Wildlife personnel sampling the stock in Lake Conroe, is a real giant. 

Workers aren’t really sure what it weighed, as it exceeded the scale’s maximum capabilities. 

They estimate it was likely somewhere in the area of 80 pounds.
